PERSONAL TRAINING

If you are looking for a one-on-one trainer to client training experience, this is the way to go! All training programs are customized based on each individual’s needs and goals. Each training program will begin with an initial physical assessment and consultation prior to beginning the training program. Physical reassessments will be made throughout your training regimen to measure progress and re-establish goals, if needed or desired. Training is expected to include, but is not limited to: weight training, circuit training, cardio, functional training, and much more. Each program will have a combination of the above and will vary based on fitness goals.

GROUP TRAINING

Small group training consists of two to four people per session. If you desire or don’t mind training with other people but not necessarily in a large group, then this is right for you. With small group training, you still get the attention and feel of the personal training experience but with a few people to join you or push you. Workouts in this setting are not as individualized as personal training, yet still have a focus on each person.
