March R.O.M. Chocolate Hazelnut Protein pancakes

Here is a quick and EASY delicious breakfast recipe that’s packed full of protein, flavor and just the right amount of everything else! I’m all about quick and easy breakfast ideas! Enjoy!!!


1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup liquid egg whites

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (I use 2 scoops of Advocare Muscle Gain protein powder)

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4- 1/2 tsp. hazelnut extract


In a bowl, mix together ingredients. Preheat a  non-stick skillet or pancake griddle to med-low heat,  pour batter on skillet. Heat until partially cooked then flip it   Once your pancakes are cooked through and ready for munching,  top with nut butter or sugar-free syrup and get your metabolism off to a great start for the day!
