Umo Callins, owner of 180Physique

All Training Programs Will Include:

• Warmup
• Workout including sets and reps for each exercise
• Cardio
• Cool down
• The participants will a receive recommended split
• Workout style will be a combination of body weight, free weights and stability ball
• In-person training groups, yoga and barre are options for local clients only. (Instead of virtual training program)

Our program is designed by Umo Callins, owner of 180Physique Nutrition and Fitness. She is a Registered Dietitian, NASM certified personal trainer, and mother of three herself! Her husband and 180Physique strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) James Callins, also helped design the program.
